Jodi
Principal Consultant
Jodi began her nonprofit sector career in education in 2008 and, since then, has worked in development roles focused on human trafficking prevention, workforce development, basic human rights, advocacy, and social justice. Jodi holds an A.A. degree in Human Services, a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, and an Executive Certificate in Transformational Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Notre Dame. Her devotion to nonprofit causes is evident not only in her work but also in her service on various boards as well as her involvement in local volunteer projects. Jodi holds credentials as a Certified Grant Writer (CGW) through the American Grant Writers Association and also as a Grant Professional Certified (GPC) through the Grant Professionals Certification Institute. Jodi currently serves as President of the Grant Professionals Association- Central Florida Chapter.
Jodi is passionate about the arts, equality, and developing transformational leaders within the nonprofit sector. In 2016, Jodi decided to begin her own firm focused on filling gaps in grant writing and development needs within the nonprofit sector. In her role as Principal Consultant/Certified Grant Writer, Jodi leads our team and spearheads the grant writing & development processes.
Aly
Associate Consultant-Content Development
With an impressive nine-year tenure in the nonprofit sector, Aly brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering passion for community collaboration to Innovant. Committed to ensuring that everyone has access to essential resources, Aly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health with a minor in Communication Studies from Kent State University. Her dedication to fostering community well-being reflects not only in her academic background but also in the meaningful impact she continues to make within our organization. Aly's unique blend of expertise and genuine commitment makes her an invaluable asset to the Innovant team.
Tyler
Associate Grant Writer
Possessing a Master's Degree in Anthropology and a Certificate in Proposal Writing, Tyler brings a unique blend of academic expertise and practical skills to the Innovant team. With a commendable track record spanning over five years, she specializes in the art of crafting impactful grants for both nonprofit and government entities. Tyler's passion for advancing the causes of organizations dedicated to community service is evident in her commitment to leveraging her skills for meaningful change. Her invaluable contributions align seamlessly with Innovant's mission, making her a key asset in our pursuit of positive social impact.
Aurora
Executive Assistant
With three years of dedicated administrative experience, Aurora brings a wealth of organizational proficiency to the Innovant team. Her passion for social media management and marketing further enriches her role, contributing a dynamic skill set to our collaborative efforts.
Hailing from Florida, Aurora takes pride in supporting nonprofits within her hometown and beyond, embodying a local commitment to positive impact.
