Meet the Team



Principal Consultant

Jodi began her nonprofit sector career in 2008 in education and, since then, has worked in development roles focused on human trafficking prevention, workforce development, basic human rights, advocacy, and social justice. Jodi holds an A.A. degree in Human Services, a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, and an Executive Certificate in Transformational Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Notre Dame. Her devotion to nonprofit causes is evident not only by her work but also by her service on various boards as well as her involvement in local volunteer projects. 


Jodi is passionate about the arts, equality, and developing transformational leaders within the nonprofit sector. In 2016, Jodi decided to begin her own firm focused on filling gaps in grant writing and development needs within the nonprofit sector. In her role as Principal Consultant/Certified Grant Writer, Jodi leads our team and spearheads the grant writing & development processes.



Associate Grant Writer

Vanessa has been working in the publishing industry for over 25 years and joined the team in 2021 as an Associate Grant Writer. She strives to assist non-profit organizations to get the funding they need to thrive and succeed in their missions. She is passionate about our natural and social environment here on the Treasure Coast and strives to help make a difference.

Creative Director

Krystyna has been working within the nonprofit sector for about 2 years as the founder of a food security and gardening-focused organization in its early stages of development. She is inspired to help other nonprofit leaders change the world. Krystyna currently manages the company's marketing, social media, and creative outputs as well as assisting with business development initiatives. She loves design and working to inspire change. Currently, Krystyna is working on obtaining her bachelor's degree in Public Administration with a minor in Nonprofit Management.



Research Assistant

Holly has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2012 and started her career in mentoring youth in need. Her passions lie within health equity, affordable housing, and equality for all. Holly is currently obtaining her dual Master’s degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management.

Associate Grant Writer (Governmental)

Chantell has worked on public health initiatives for nonprofit, private, public, and tribal sectors since 2013. She began with coalition building in developing countries and domestic emergency management. Her passions lie within economic resilience and health equity. Chantell holds a Master's Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Relief.
